This Month's Video Blog is here! And it's all about my upcoming YouTube channel. What you can expect from it, my thought processes behind some of the creative decisions I've made behind and the future of this blog. I also talk about the change in format for my Review Round ups and the decision to delay the upcoming trailer.

Sorry about the sound quality. it's awful. my headset no longer works, so I had to use the built in Microphone on my laptop. I will have a new one for the next video blog and my YouTube videos.

Video Of The Week: 2.28.14

So I panicked a little today. I didn't have anything set out this week for Video Of The Week so I was a little concerned. I wanted to avoid doing another TB video, as I've done so many of his recently and I think it's time for a little break from that.

But then I came across a Boogie2988 video, and I saw it had something to do with TB. So, I clicked on it and watched it. Now it totally caught me by surprise, but this video is really powerful. It really does outline the prince of internet fame, as it were.

It may not be a back breaking job, but thanks to the amount of idiotic, childish, self-centered attention seekers that are abundant on the internet, it can be a soul crushing one.

It's about 8 mins long, so it's pretty short. I'm imploring that everyone who visits this site watch this and share it. Hopefully it'll make people think twice before making that hateful comment and realize that it's a person you are talking to, not an object.

Movie News: Johnny Depp's "Black Mass" Gets 2015 Release Date

Get ready for Johnny Depp to head back to the crime world. Warner Brothers has picked up the the director Barry Levinson. The five time oscar-winner has attempted on several occasions to get this film off the ground, but the project has hit several roadblocks which prevented it from coming to the big screen.

The film is now on it's way to reaching theaters in. With Johnny Depp playing the larger then life Whitey Bulger. For those of you who don't know your crime bosses, Bugler is Boston gangster who squeezed out his competition by ratting them all out to the FBI.

Mr.Depp initally dropped out due to salary issues, but is now back on board. The Great Gatsby's Joel Edgerton will be Depp's co-star, playing child-hood friend and FBI agent, John Connolly.

Warner Bros. is co-financing the film with Cross Creek Pictures, as well as handling world wide distribution. Black mass will begin filming on location in about two months, in order to fit the film in Deep's busy schedule, starring in both Alice And Wonderland 2 and Pirates Of The Caribbean 5 in 2016.

Currently, the studio is looking at an unspecified October release date, which is smart to avoid the summer block that year.

It's not the first time Johnny Depp has entered the crime world. His acclaimed role as Donnie Brasco, a gangster turned FBI informant, is his most notable one. He also starred as bank robber John Dillinger in Public Enemies, both are excellent films. It's nice to see him break away from Disney as well as Tim Burton this next couple of years, With Transcendence coming this summer, and Black Mass coming next year. I don't think the failure of The Lone Ranger, hurt his career, but he's getting away from those Gore Verbinski/Tim Burton eccentric roles, for a while to give time for people to actually miss them.

All in all it's a smart move on his part. Not that he has to prove he's got the acting chops.

Game News:State Of Decay Lifeline DLC Details

While it was teased at the beginning of the month, the new State Of Decay DLC didn't have many details surrounding it. We just knew it was coming and that's about. Well I'm to report more details have been revealed today.

The DLC is said to bring new characters to the game as well as show the military side of the Zombie Apocalypse. The new DLC will have you playing as a small patrol unit, Greyhound One, which has been sent to the abandoned city of Denforth to rescue a group of scientist that may hold the key to stopping the zombie doomsday.

The story starts at the beginning of the Zombie Outbreak, and you'll be well equipped to deal with the onslaught of the undead. The resources you have will diminish as things quickly head south. Lifeline, in many ways, is the exact opposite of the base game which was about finding resources to stay alive during this zombie apocalypse.

There will also be focus on a military base, which will drop in supplies and rescue survivors. It will come under attack by zombies and you'll have to defend it.

Sounds like a pretty stressful time. If you like knocking some zombie heads around, and like high octane action then perhaps this is the DLC for you!

I've played a little of the PC port of State Of Decay, for the most part it was promising, but it takes a lot of dedication to progress and it's a game I didn't have time for at the time. So I'll try it again and this DLC

This next game is a part of a series that is now recognized as the most ridiculous game series on the planet, and rightfully so. This franchise used to be in the hand of THQ, however that company went under and publishing duities went to Deep Silver, the same publishers behind dead island.

Fun-Time Fail-Fail Time Game Announcement #3

Wooo! it's that time again. So my next game announcement is probably going to surprise you, and hopefully you'll be eager for it. This next game is apart of the biggest selling PC franchise ever. With the previous installment being the best selling PC games of all time. This game is a Life simulation and a social Sim.

With it's first entry coming in 2000, the game franchise has been around for a strong 14 years. If that all isn't ringing any bells perhaps these wonderful screenshots will help.

Fun-Time Fail-Time Game Announcement #2

So today's announcement is a game that is extremely fun. It's a fighting game from the same makers of Mortal Kombat, Nether Realms. Some of you may already picked up on what the game is, some of you may not. The game came out in April of last year, it's Super...if you ask me. See what I did there...Super...No?... Nothing?..
