Ubisoft has confirmed that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the Stick Of Truth European release have been censored. The decision was made by Ubisoft EMEA, and will affect the Europe, Middle East and African releases.

The censored scenes include a mini-game in which a doctor performs a abortion on the player. A mini-game in which the player performs an abortion on Randy. Five anal probing scenes involving a character actively being probed.
According to the publisher, the probing scenes will play out as normal before and after each anal probing scene , and each scene is replaced by an image in the background a description text selected by south park creators Matt and Trey.
The game has been rated 18 by PEGI, the pan-European game ratings organization. The body doesn't censor games, the decision comes directly from Ubisoft.
Perhaps the company was afraid of the game not getting rated, which has been an issue before with Australia, or they want to avoid any negative controversy.
Personally I think it's wrong that most of the world won't be able to experience that creators original vision for the product as crass as the humor of the scenes may be, but that's South Park in a nutshell. I'm very much against censoring artwork in any form, music, TV, movies, books etc... But it's the decision of the publisher and they made the choice they believed was right for their product.
Still this game will most likely generate controversy, .the same way GTA has, or Mortal Kombat. more so in the U.S I feel, were parents are to lazy to research what they are buying their children and then get angry at the game because it's intended for a mature audience, it even says that on the package!

M=Mature-17/18 and up
T=Teen-13 and up
E+10= Everyone 10 and up
E= Everyone-everybody
