Game News: FTL Advanced Edition Coming To PC and Ipad

The popular Sci-fi  top down ship management simulation game FTL will be getting a free expansion pack on PC, but that's not all FTL will becoming to Ipad for the first time. Currently the release window for this expansion is early 2014. The new expansion will contain a slew of brand new features such as new drones,weapons, augments, and enemies. New scripted events have also been added. If  a player doesn't like the change they will always be able to toggle the expansion on and off. FTL was originally released back in 2012 on September 14th via steam and was met with widespread critical and commercial success and becoming a popular trend in the Lets Play community on YouTube. The game was made by Indie developers Subset Games. This is exciting news for fans and huge step for the company.
