Fans of HBO hit rejoice! as the Entourage movie will begin it's production next year. The movie had a lot of problems involving money, as a couple of cast members wanted to be paid quite a bit for the movie. There was controversy and some name-dropping and bashing going on. All that seems to be put to rest now as all of the series cast members have signed on and it will move forward.
Production will start in January 16 with a budget locked in at 30 million. The film was something that was planned before the final season aired. Show creator Doug Ellin chose to end the series after 8 seasons and had planned on producing a live action film shortly after. The finale premiered on September 11th 2011.
Hopefully this movie will make it to theaters in the fall of next year or spring of 2015, it would be a bad idea to release it in the summer of 2015. A fall 2015 release date would also be a good idea, as it might hit the target audience better.
