In an exciting announcement for Nintendo fan boys, a YouTube app is on it's way to 3DS consoles. 3DS users will you be able to search for videos and watch them provided they have a good internet connection. This app will have a neat feature which may put it above YouTube apps on other consoles, you'll be able to actively watch videos on the top screen while searching for other videos on the bottom screen.
The same is expected for the Wii U console, which will apply the same functionality as the 3DS. You'll be able to watch videos on your TV and use the game pad to search for videos. This app is expected to roll out next month.
It's nice to be able to finally cover something from Nintendo, i'm not actually a Nintendo consumer, but the news has been mostly dominated by PlaySation 4 and Xbox One so it's great to able to do something on Nintendo which has been getting kind of pushed off by Sony and Microsoft.
